Meatball Soup with veggie stock instead of beef?
Monday, December 22nd, 2008I have these great vegetarian meatballs (pre-made), and I’d like to use them to make Meatball Soup. All of the recipes I’ve seen call for beef broth, though. I’m wondering if veggie stock will work, or if it’s just too different in flavoring from beef broth. If so, is there anything (vegetarian) that I could add to make it work?
