What could make this veggie recipe better?

First, combined 1 cup of cooked asparagus (cut into 2 inch pieces) with 1 cup of sliced mushrooms in a microwave safe dish. Top with some grated parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Heat the mixture in a microwave for 30 seconds. Top with an additional 1/3 cup of three cheese balsamic salad dressing. Read to serve.

Does this sound like a good recipe-fried meat balls dipped in pancake batter?

Do you have the Vegetarian Times recipe for a simple quiche crust?

It was from a fairly recent issue–within the past year or two, I think. It was in an article with cabbage pie and cheese quiche. It was really nice and simple, and I think it substituted vegetable oil for most or all of the butter/shortening in a normal recipe. Does anyone have it? I can’t find it on the Vegetarian Times website.
