Veggie Recipe

I bought a package of Pork Sausage from the meat counter at our local grocery market, and now I am in need of a recipe. I was thinking of a veggie stir fry. I have all types of other meats to add to it as well as frozen veggies, but I am lost on how to put it all together. Please note that I am a very basic and traditional cook therefore spices and such are pretty limited to garlic and season salt. I do have kikoman stir fry mixes and soy sauce but this is about it. Also note the nearest grocery is 65 miles one direction and I would like to make this tonight. Thanks for the help!!
